If possible, we will be happy to prepare the apartment for you before the official arrival time. However, we can never guarantee that this will be 100% possible. If we are unable to prepare the apartment, we will be happy to store your suitcases for you and then deliver them when everything is ready for your stay. Please always let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We know ourselves that sometimes flights will not always be exactly on the same time as check-out time. If possible, we will be happy to provide you with an apartment for a longer period, but we cannot guarantee this service 100%. It depends on the availability of our apartments and the arrival time of potential additional guests. If it would not be possible to stay longer in the apartment, do not despair, we will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room so that you can discover the beauty of Prague before your departure. If you feel like you’ve discovered everything in the city, you can sit at our bar and have a coffee, tea or beer while you wait for your connection home.
Yes, we will be happy to store your luggage during reception hours. By prior arrangement, we will be happy to store your luggage overnight.
Don’t worry, everything is ready for you in the apartment to make you feel at home. Towels, bed clothing and basic bathroom amenities are included in the price. You won’t have to fill your suitcase with unnecessary things and you’ll have more space to take a nice souvenir with you.
Since we are located in the city centre we do not have a parking but we are happy to offer you several alternatives. If you want to park in a secure underground car park, you can use the Palladium department store’s underground parking. Alternatively, you can book on-street parking in the blue zone on the website www.parkingcard.cz (you need to select Prague 1 as the district where you want to park).
