We are always here to make your stay in our beautiful city as pleasant as possible. We will take care of you from the moment you make your reservation until your departure, and ,of course, even afterwards (everyone forgets something on holiday sometimes). Our reception is open daily for ten hours as well as we always ready to assist you by phone even at night and arrive to solve any urgent situation.
Not sure what to do with your evening, or just looking for an advice on where to go for a tasty dinner? We are here for you! We know Prague like the back of our hand and will be happy to advise you on the best places to go and when. We’ll book you a personal guide or a restaurant to suit your tastes, and we’ll be happy to advise you on where to go to see the most interesting sights in our beautiful city.
Our official check-in and check-out times do not always coincide with your needs. If we are not able to prepare the apartment for you earlier or clean it later, we will gladly offer you to store your suitcases in our room dedicated for this purpose. This service is fully available to you during reception hours.
If there is no washing machine in your apartment, we will be happy to wash and dry your laundry for a small extra charge. Just ask at the reception and we will take care of everything.
In our apartments you’ll find fast wireless internet with a seamless connection. We have a separate network for each apartment, and you can find the password to it right inside the apartment, so you don’t have to worry about not uploading a video or a needed web page. We also have a separate network for the common areas, so when you’re in our cafe sipping coffee or just enjoying the beauty of our courtyard, it’s fully available to you.
Our bar is the coziest place in Prague to have a warm cup of tea after a long cold day or to start your day with a freshly roasted coffee. The bar has plenty of space to sit inside, but if the weather permits, we also have a spacious terrace where you can sit and melt into the beauty of the surroundings.
