\nCheck-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.<\/p>\n
\nWe will require a fee of 100% of the accommodation price as a deposit. Deposit reductions can only be negotiated for long term bookings. All deposits are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
\nWe have no parking spaces for cars.<\/p>\n
\nUnless agreed otherwise , the apartment is rented on a self-catered basis. For stays of more than one week, the price includes general cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels. Weekly cleaning does not include dishwashing and rubbish removal.<\/p>\n
\nFor loss of keys we charge a fee of 750 CZK or 30 EUR.<\/p>\n
\nAlthough we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend or remove any information as we deem necessary. Prague Siesta Apartments cannot be held responsible for events beyond its or its suppliers’ control (such as fire, strike, industrial action by employees, technical problems with transport or bad weather), nor for any reduction, cancellation or change in accommodation, activity or itinerary times caused by such events. Prague Siesta Apartments excludes any loss of valuables or damage to property as well as any direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by you other than death or personal injury arising from the negligence or omission of Prague Siesta Apartments, its management or employees. If you are bringing any valuables, please discuss this with management on arrival. Your legal rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n
\nGuests are advised to take out their own insurance to cover loss and damage to their personal property during their stay, as well as adequate personal and travel insurance.<\/p>\n
\nThe apartment will only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if we discover that the apartment is occupied by persons not listed on the booking form, and we reserve the right to ask the entire group to leave the premises. We also reserve the right to retain the deposit paid in these circumstances. Payment for unused days will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
\nAlthough prices are subject to change at any time without notice, your price is guaranteed from the moment you receive your booking confirmation. If you are a business customer, we can offer credit terms of up to 28 days. Please refer to your invoice.<\/p>\n
\nPlease note that all our apartments are non-smoking. If you do not comply with our non-smoking policy, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of 2600 CZK or 100 EUR.<\/p>\n
\nPets are allowed by prior arrangement only.<\/p>\n
\nPrague Siesta Apartments staff or designated persons have the right to enter the apartment premises at any reasonable time to inspect or carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.<\/p>\n
\nYour address and credit card details are held solely for the information purposes of the credit card provider and your address will not be disclosed to any third party. Any other data we hold about you is used strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act.<\/p>\nBuilding rules<\/h2>\n
